This voucher is valid for two free round-trip economy class airline tickets to any of the approved participating destinations listed on our website at the time of booking. Participating destinations may change from time to time at the discretion of FreeAirfare.ca. Please visit our website for an up to date list of participating destinations.

To receive your airline tickets, accommodations at one of the approved participating hotels and resorts listed on our website must be booked and purchased at your own cost through the FreeAirfare.ca travel agency affiliate, for the minimum number of nights specified on our website, at the current applicable rates offered by the participating hotel/resort you choose. Participating hotel/resorts may change from time to time at the discretion of FreeAirfare.ca. Please visit our website for an up to date list of participating hotel/resorts.

Each participating hotel/resort destination requires a minimum stay of between 5 and 14 nights, depending on distance traveled, departure airport, season, and other variables. FreeAirfare.ca reserves the right prior to your travel reservations having been finalized, to substitute one destination by another destination within the participating destinations you choose at the time of registration of your voucher.

After meeting the minimum-stay requirement for the approved participating hotel/resort you choose, stay may be extended at any lodging of the Customer's choice located within the travel destination chosen, at the expense of the Customer.

In order to speak with a travel consultant and obtain precise quotation, hotel details, or specific information on available destinations, voucher must first be registered with our Travel Fulfillment Center.

To register this voucher, please complete the Online Registration Form found on our website. Please allow 72 hours for verification and processing.

This voucher does not apply to any extraneous costs: Customer is responsible for all incidental expenses, airport transfers, service charges, taxes, and gratuities.

Reservations must be booked a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the date of departure.

All reservations are subject to space availability at the approved participating hotel/resort you choose at the time of booking, particularly during holiday and peak seasons.

Once issued, this voucher has no cash value and may not be sold. However, voucher is fully transferable prior to your travel reservations having been finalized with the FreeAirfare.ca travel agency affiliate, to any other party, at no cost or obligation to the original voucher holder.

The 2 Free Airline Ticket promotion is non-refundable non-transferable once the travel reservations have been made. Any post reservation changes to the itinerary is subject to change fees, additional taxes and any fare difference. All changes are subject to availability of the specific participating hotel and resort destinations you choose.

This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other travel promotions and can be offered only by authorized distributors.

FreeAirfare.ca is not responsible for any verbal or written representations made by any person or company offering this voucher, save and except for representations made expressly herein.

FreeAirfare.ca is not responsible for any Act of God or other circumstance beyond reasonable control that may cause flights or reservations with hotels or resorts to become cancelled or unavailable.

Voucher is valid for, and round-trip travel must be completed within, one (1) year from the date of issue. Date of Issue must be clearly indicated on the voucher or voucher is invalid.

FreeAirfare.ca lowest rate accommodation guarantee is not valid after the completion of the booking and/or completion of travel.

A $50 booking deposit will apply for each initial booking request. Deposit shall be applied towards travel booking.
